Stages are to be downloaded directly from my site.
If you want to host one of my stages on your own MUGEN site, you do not need my permission.
However, I do want you to mention my name and website, and don't claim it as your own.
I also prefer that you either link to this page, or re-upload my stages on your own site. this saves me bandwidth.
